What I offer

As an experiential therapist, I understand that addressing the root cause of an issue is the key to bringing about lasting change. My focus is not just on the symptoms but on understanding the underlying causes of my clients’ issues with trauma, addiction, stress, and anxiety.


I use a range of techniques to help my clients achieve their goals, including somatic work, breathwork, embodied processing, emotional regulation, nerve regulation, and memory reconsolidation.


I believe that it's important to build a strong relationship with my clients, which is why I offer a free consultation session before we begin working together. During this session, we will spend time getting to know each other, discussing your needs, and explaining the therapy process. You will also have the opportunity to experience a short therapy session.


If we decide to work together, we will set up follow-up sessions that will last for 60-90 minutes. I charge a fee of between 2,000-2,500 THB or 60 USD per session. I am committed to helping you achieve your goals and will work with you to create a personalized therapy plan that meets your needs.





About me

My interest in becoming a therapist started in the early 2000s when I was going to therapy for my depression. I was having a lot of difficulties and life was almost unbearable. I was unable to work and hardly got out of the house. The depression was so bad I was experiencing suicidal thoughts. Fortunately my friends and family were able to convince me to attend therapy sessions and after 4 years of intense work, I was able to get well, put my life back together, and go back to work. With the invaluable experience I acquired from the therapy sessions, I realized there was so much therapeutic work I could do. So many people are suffering the way I had and I may be able to help them.


Fast forward to 2020 when I was experiencing a mid-life crisis during the COVID lockdown and was going through a mild depression. Overall, my life seemed to be alright but somehow I was not happy, I felt empty and had no purpose. That is when I started practicing daily mindfulness meditation, somatic work, and embodied processing. After 6 months of practicing, I felt better and could find peace and be my true self again. This was the very first time I felt that my life had a purpose, I had a mission to fulfill. I decided that I wanted to be a therapist and I wanted to help people. I set out to educate myself to acquire the necessary skills to be an excellent therapist. After a couple of years of studying and practicing, I finally felt ready to pursue a career in therapy.
